Monir has over thirteen years of experience in software architecture/development, including object-oriented analysis and design (UML and other methodologies), Rational Rose, JAVA, C++, PowerBuilder, C++/C, HOW, MS SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server, Sybase SQL Anywhere, DB2, Windows NT, Windows NT programming, UNIX, and VMS.
Monir Elrayes holds a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University (1997), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa.

joined NetCentric from inBusiness solutions in April 2001. At inBusiness he was an Account Executive for the national publication Silicon Valley North. Here he was in daily contact with the marketing programs of the high-tech community.
George has extensive experience in sales and marketing of software products via channels. He will be focused on the direct sales of NetCentric's outsourced programming skills to North American software developers and on setting-up VAR channels for the NetCentric ASP products shipping in Q3 2001.

is a Senior Software Developer with over six years of experience in the fields of Distributed Computing, Management of Distributed Systems, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and Database Application Design and Development. Having worked in the telecommunication sector for over four years, and pursued his academic research in the area of distributed system management, he holds a unique perspective on the application of management methods to large interoperable systems.
