NetMonitor

NetMonitor is a tool for rapid generation of distributed application prototypes. The prototypes can be readily instrumented (i.e., special code can be inserted into the prototype) to monitor Quality of Service metrics such as service response time and throughput.

NetMonitor allows developers of distributed software applications to build high performance network applications by ensuring that performance bottlenecks are found early in the development cycle.
