As a way of gaining some perspective on the progress of departments toward CLF compliance, we have categorized departments by size based on the number of employees they have, and shown average compliance scores by size category. Employee headcount information is derived from Treasury Board sources:
Very Large - 7500 employees and up
Large - 1000 to 7499 employees
Medium - 400 to 999 employees
Small - 100 to 399 employees
Very Small - Less than 100 employees
