We provide training in different formats in order to address the learning styles and budgets of our customers and resellers.

From traditional leader-led classroom instruction to interactive web-based training, we have a solution to fit your training needs, budget and schedule. to discuss how we can help with your training needs.

Customer Support

Standard pricing on many NetCentric's products includes product upgrades and e-mail-based support. For specific information on your product, please consult the applicable pricing information. Additional extended support and maintenance plans are available including:

  • Extended Support: Depending on the product, extended support is charged at the rate of 15-20% of price of the product per year, and includes 1-year of product upgrades and e-mail-based support. If you are an existing customer and you require support, please contact us via email at .
  • Per-Incident Support: Support is available for $170 per web submission and $220 per phone submission. A special discounted five-incident web subscription is available for $750. Some products may include a number of no-charge incidents or time-limited no-charge support, as described in the license agreement.
